Fantastic job! I saw on the manufacturer's website they are made of acrylic. I would be concerned about the strength & hardness. The acrylic sold in USA by Home Depot is easy to work with, but scratches easily (melts if you try to cut w jigsaw). Maybe there are different grades of acrylic? I have used sheets of polycarbonate (very tough material) in a shed build, those cuts were made with a fine wood blade on jigsaw.

Hi mate, thanks for the vid, really import info would be - can i use flat windows, or do they have to be the expensive curved windows for the van walls, i have merc sprinter and its the one question i have that seems to be hard to find an answer to. Cheers.

Hiya mate thanks very much. the 2 small ones were surplus so they were reduced. The 2 big ones were standard price. I think all 4 were around 1.1k/1.2k

Thank you, is it a cutout size or size with frame included? They fit perfect and I want to order the same for my boxer now :) btw is it single or double glazing and do you get any condensation on them?
