Seems like cleaning the channel would have been a good idea before installing the new rack? Did you use some sort of sealer on the bolts when installing the rack? Thanks for posting, looks pretty straightforward.

Yes all aluminum fits great used it on my thanksgiving trip well worth it

You should put some wide arches on it and spacer the wheels out to match ! Look nice with a scoop like they put on the Ford rangers to and a small wing …just saying lol … it’d be ……peace ……..👍

Spidertrax 1.25" spacers are the best for this vehicle. Super high quality. With OEM wheels/tires, the rubber will be flush or 1/4" past the fenders at most. Happy with mine.

Perhaps modifying the front bumper so it could actually go off-road should have been done first?
