No I used a regular hand level to insure they were straight vertically.

Great video- yeah I’m refilling mine and paying better attention to the legs as the pool gradually fills up- my pool is slightly off level too but it’s fine- for me - yes I could have completely relabeled the ground underneath but honestly that was too much work . I think the legs being checked for level repeatedly while filling is a very important detail people ignore
