after enter the command "xschem" for me its getting like this : (problems finding a free TCP port couldn't open socket: address already in use %) and the xschem is not opening?? could please tell me the solution for this....

you need a linux desktop gui. you won't be able to open xschem if you don't have one.

Hi , I was on step 11. (./iic-osic-setup.sh) but the download is not complete. It says that "The read operation timed out" make: *** [Makefile:143: pdk] Error 255. Downloading sky130_fd_io.tar.zst is only 7% download. I hope you can help me, I'm at step 11, I almost finish it.

speed in not sufficient enough i guess it took me about 5-6 times to make the download complete
