I don't have the HEI distributor and removed the ballast resistor. Where do I connect the 3A wire to?

I don't know. Why did you remove the ballast resistor? What car do you have?

Wow! They have been making these wiring kits for years. I would think they’d have the colors figured out. Would the pulse wire be for the tachometer from the negative side of the coil?

One would think so, yes... but I will have a fire extinguisher close when powering up just in case. 😁

Rewiring my model A it's half old and half new also the guy that did it didn't use the same color so purple turns to orange that turns to yellow ,and the guy must of only had orange in excess so half of it is orange what the heck never drank until now lol
