What is the point to convert it to 10 lug on a 20 in wheel.find a 8 lug wheel

Wouldn’t you want the Goodyear tires on there? You might pay a bit more for the tires but they will last more than 5k miles.

These Continentals are rated to 20,000 miles. However, if they're run at higher-than-recommended speeds, aren't aired up properly and aren't rotated on schedule, that number falls drastically.

There's no way a 20 inch tire should cost $1000! RIPOFF!!

It's a 41" tire, but yes, still expensive. You can find them in the $650 range but full retail is quite a bit higher.

@Son_of_Art Unfortunately, no. They're about a 20,000 mile tire as long as you maintain correct air pressure and rotate them regularly (4k-5k miles).
