@@gyeltsen Haven't had any obvious punctures with screws/debris stuck in the tires, but I have ridden some rough terrain and haven't had any flats yet.

I saw a post on the Ecell FB page that said to not go down in tube size like Tannus says. What are your thoughts on that?

I went down the tube size as Tannus recommended. The reasoning for not going down a tube size was because they said the Tannus foam compresses over time and you need the bigger tube to fill the space when that happens. I haven't had any problems yet, but am keeping an eye on it...

Why does the stem need to be at the 12 o'clock position when putting in the flatout? Wouldn't it be better if it was on the 9 or 3 o'clock position?

Put it wherever you want, I’m just telling you what FlatOut recommends. Might be so you can get enough in without a problem…

I'm considering buying the same bike. I'm 5.8 tall would I be to short for the bike?

They have 3 frame sizes. I would call them, tell them your inseam, and let them tell you what would be best. I'm 6'3, and thought that I would need the 20" frame, but they said the 19" would be plenty big enough. They also have a 17" frame. Interesting ,last month I got a trike bike with a basket , put a dual cylinder bike engine on it ,never thought about an E bike , I guess with gas the way it is E would be a possible better option , dunno , I see alot of folks on those here , mixed reviews

Now that I’ve had a chance to ride it a bit, I don’t regret it one bit. Like I said in the first impression video, this thing is a BEAST! Gone up some crazy hills and it ate ‘em up! I took a 12 mile ride, using throttle only, lots of heavy acceleration, and still had 92% on the batteries (it has two). I think the 80 mile range with pedal assist is a conservative estimate based on what I’m seeing. Bike can carry 400#, I’m ~195 now, so maybe rated/estimated at closer to full load? Chris P Bacon has had other bikes from other manufacturers , has had the previous model of this bike and still loves it after almost two years. Glad I took his recommendation and got this one! Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for, and I have Zero regrets!

I'll take that as a recommendation , we got alot of hills here , most of the complaint comes from 500lb city adventurers,keeping it charged they say , I have one I collected awhile back 🤗 ,abandoned never thought about it as it weighs a ton lol

? why did you only put 1/4 bottle, is it cause you added tanus armour? cause YOU are suppose to use 1/2 bottle per tire for 26x4 fat tire its on bottle. 1/4 bottle is for 20x4(and yes dont know if tannus sucks but therea waste of money in my opinion. but flatout i swear by. in all my ebikes and mtbs. and i wish i got paid for this thought.

It depends on the size of bottle you have. They come in 8oz, 16oz, etc.. I put in the recommended amount based on the size of bottle I had…
