Installing "The Ultimate MPU Board" Into my Bally Future Spa Pinball Game

Thanks, looks simple enough. Just ordered one of the Ultimate MPU's myself for my Bobby Orr Power Play. I've owned it for about 35 years, and it stopped working about 3 years ago. Finally getting around to fixing it and it has the classic battery corrosion problem.

I just bought a power play and i am installing as soon as it arrives a new rectifier board.Then i will check the mpu but it might be bad too.Did the new board you got fixed your problems?

Yep, been awhile but I know I replaced the gpu and the power supply. Works great. Also redid all the pins, which were a bit corroded. Check my KZbin page, have some vids about fixing pig it.

@@glmccready thanks for the fast response on a very old message ;-) I will check your videos, I was just checking the transformer and it looks ok, the rectifier board is too hacked up to use,it is crispy black with cut traces. Thank you again!

Did you read ALL the instructions??? I don't see you testing the Solenoid Driver Board prior to powering up the new MPU.
