I bought a set of four that were supposed to fit my 2011 Ranger, but they won't fit because of my spray-in bed liner. I don't know if I can file away the bed liner around the holes without risking damaging it further.

What about the one pocket that's closest to the bed door. That rectangle is much larger and deeper than the one in the middle and the one closest to the cabin.
