Good job on the chains to the firetruck. I had to do that with my pickup back in the 70's and 80's a quite a bit, not very much in the last twenty five years or so. Seems the snows aren't quite as big, also have 4 wheel drives and not traveling as much either. Like that splitter, does a nice job, enjoyed watching. I cut my teeth on an 88 Ford c series Grumman engine with a 1000 GPM two stage pump and an oil primer. To this day it still tops the list of fire apparatus I've operated.

Call me crazy but I really enjoy when it snows,to me it’s not about the playing in it (although my grandkids likes that part) but for me it’s the beauty and the peacefulness of it. Now with that being said I am not having to put chains on fire trucks, great job by the way, and since my in-laws passed away I am not having to cut or gather firewood, you do a great job at all of it, thank you so much for sharing this with everyone.
