That's cool you guys are listening to your viewer's. On the kill switch I would just order a fkysky 3 channel radio of ebay they are not that expensive. Rovan sells them also. Fkysky 3TGB

Also outerwear makes a cover that goes underneath the engine that will keep grass and debris from packing up underneath the engine and the backside of the pull start. You will have to remove the engine.

The same thing happened to my Rovan but I ran into a very thin tree while I was accelerating lmao and it broke the chassis in the same spot as yours. You guys deserve more subscribers because this video helped me fix my buggy (it was a pain in the ass though) I followed everything you guys did and it really helped, thanks.

I have a hpi 5t and a king motor/rovan clone 5b and honestly it’s all in how you take care of them besides some parts look different they all hold up bout the same buy what you can afford and have FUN that’s what matters

There is a airbag just like your pole start for underneath your motor and you should try a two speed transmission they work awesome with the raven 5B

I would recommend using A symmetrical steering set up... Major upgrade and tighter steering circle makes running car in tighter area. And no more of the linkage poping off after you get time on the thing. Best money spent so far

I took a fine steel mesh and put it on the inside of the frame and just super glued it with Gorilla Glue it's Howard very well and easy to wipe off the grass that gets stuck in there definitely helps for it not to be a grass catcher and overheat

It’s to lean up top end, yes you need a 3rd channel for the kill switch, plenty of 6ch for cheap, can also get a remote start as I have one

Rovan sales a gearing set for the 5b. 19/55 gearing. More top end and better acceleration.

I seen a dyno video the manufacturer made and if it's real it definitely dose work. Only down fall I could see is the "belt" more like rubber band would get stretched pretty quick. I just got into ⅕ scale and picked up a hpi baja 5b. Eventually once I get my buggy back in tip top shape(someone definitely had some fun) I will start chasing more power and "invest" into the supercharger. The 26cc rips pretty good but 10+ hp baja 5b sounds pretty interesting to me!!

You need a 3 channel radio... check out dunmbo rc controller the best cheap radio you can by, and has more range then most $200 and $300 radios.... check them out...
