My 2021 Ram 2500 Cummins has a wiring harness attached to the body at the exact location of the front passenger bracket. Its a pain in the butt but I will have to try to relocate that harness or drill some holes and then attach the harness to the new installed bracket somehow. I don't think any of the nerf step bar companies even know that the harness was added in 2021.

If you lose that plastic holder just use plumbers putty. It’ll squeeze out when you tighten it.

Hey bud. Great job on loading the golfcart on the other video. For whatever reason the comments were turned off so I'm commenting here. How many times have you done that setup? How far did you drive like that? And how well has it worked for you. Im about to do the same thing based on what you showed me. But I'm curious about your success with it.

It works awesome. The big thing is the ramp length getting the steepness down. Those were 11ft folding ramps. Every time we go camping we take our golf cart. We’ve gone to Florida which for us is about 900 miles one way and it works great. Every time I stop I just check the straps. At least one 3000lbs strap and 2 straps to the frame. Those are just regular ratchet straps. Good luck with ur project and let me know how it goes. I’ll turn the comments on lol

@@almostoutdoors I will be sure to take the windshield off too, Lol. Thanks. I tried to get my cart into my truck bed with 7' ramps......Fail. lol I'm about to buy some 9' ramps and a Lifted cart and I was hoping that would do it. You used 11 footers? Now I wonder if these 9' will be enough.

Yes mine are 11ft folding ramps. Kinda salty from longramps.com but well worth the safety. Just be careful. 9ft might work let me know lol
