Installing Wilbers suspension in the ST 1300 (part 2 of 3)

I have recently serviced the forks on my ST1300 (2002). I had the legs re-chromed, bought new stock springs, new guide bushes and new seals. I thought I had done everything until I watched your videos, now I realise I should have dismantled and cleaned the cartridges 😩. Bah…I suppose it’s a job for the next time. One of the best revisions I put my ST1100 through ... Whole different bike suspension behaviour afterwards. I remember being emotional the first miles, just because of the huge difference in behaviour. I called Dion and told him how grateful I was.

This is not about the suspension work. Seeing the gauge cluster for the first time outside, the brighter, white LEDs really made a difference. In daylight, my information display is nearly unreadable. Yours is readable at all times in the video during the test drive. Awesome content about the incredible ST1300! Thank you.

Nice one ! What's the rear suspension going tot be ?? ....completely new unit.... only a new spring ... Or can the suspension Jedi refurbish the damper. When is part 3 due to come ?

Wilbers Nivomat rear! Just arrived. I Will make an appointment to build it in. But I definitely gonna talk about how to rebuild/referbish an excisting one too!

No estoy seguro de si eso también es fácil de hacer en una Tenere. Nunca lo he hecho ni intentado. Depende mucho de si el tablero es fácil de abrir.
