Liebe Maya. eine Öltonne auswaschen ist leider ohne Chemie und Umweltschäden nicht möglich der "gesündeste" weg ist das Ausbrennen. einfach ein bischen holz und 3-5 std Brennen lassen in der Tonne danach ist sie Sauber

It’s so satisfying to see this pretty girl get all this massive work done, have such great help and fun along the way! From age 5 to 13 I was stuck in a home renovation project, I was just like her, helping all the builders, carrying bricks, sifting sand, my brother made the lime paint just like her and I wasn’t allowed to touch it, but at some point we ran out of money and we never saw the house finished, we left, was a nightmare for me to be honest, wouldn’t wish that stress and discomfort to any child. So I think that’s why it feels so good to see Maya get all this work done, be so well organised and smart about everything. I know that if she had been in charge then, the house would’ve been finished for sure, even without money, she would’ve found a way. Thank you Maya! Keep it up!

A large new bin would have been quicker mixing white paint A wonderful interiors lady, Jocasta Innes,British, describes using lime mortar and tinting it with oils made incredible colours She wrote a few books on decorating on the cheap. Sadly, no longer with us

Personal opinion here; I liked your ochre colored mortar very much. I think the wide white mortar joints are garish and detract from the patterns of the stone. How is your lower level now? Is it dry from the waterproofing and french drain?

Hello Maya, please watch your video between minute 10.17 and minute 10.27. The older man with glasses has tricked you, he has cut the insulating rubber from the bottom of the balcony door. You should show the video to the company that installed your doors and windows, and file a claim for them to do it well and for free.

Amazing Maya, a random question about the shutters if I may. I remember being taught that white reflects heat, black absorbs it. On that basis, I was surprised by your shutters- is there another reason for dark shutters or was I taught incorrectly at school? Thank you for another wonderful video x

You are correct,the line lets the walls material breath ,preventing the mortar from decaying and mould growing .
