Fuel plate was already ground down to a 0 plate and it only limits max fuel. Turn your star wheel all the way loose and pre boost screw on the back of the afc all the way in if you want smoke. Or just remove the afc foot lol

Glad to hear no issues with studs install, Bought a set for one of my 6.0s couple months back finally about to do it but Ive been second guessing. i still got a dent in my forehead from set of Chinese on my boosted ls6 few years back

Don't install them on a 6.0. These are not nearly as strong as ARP headstuds, I wouldnt risk it. For the amount of time it takes to install studs on a 6.0, why risk all that effort with these Chinese clones?

Yeah never buy Chinese But Xotics are Made in Canada, I did hear idk if true but they use Chinese metal which doesn't make any difference tensile strength comes from how they are tempered. I like ARP used them alot they do make a descent strong automotive fastener but for the price and quality in trueness compared to shit used on aircraft ARP needs to step up their game. Most gasket failures on 6.0s are caused by erratic heat cycles shitty tuning/driving or bad install by over torqueing studs or bad prepped surfaces I Had 3 6.0s go 300k on stock tty and one go 50k on reused tty and copper spray on one side never failed lol

If you want to blow mad smoke with the twelve valve pull the plate and slide the housing as far forward as you can. I used a screw driver to push mine forward and hold it there then tighten the four bolts. If you bog it, it will blow more smoke than you could ever want.

The studs kind of defeat the purpose if you have an old head gasket in there, hope it was changed within the last year, O-ring the head helps a lot also should do some 60 over valve springs
