Welcome to my channel today we are going to make a very delicious recipe with magic channel this is last minute Diwali Dish
Happy Diwali to you and your family
To make Instant butter chakli recipe or butter rice murukku you require 1 bowl rice flour (chawal ka atta) 1 tbsp butter 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)1/2 tsp kalonji seeds salt to taste oil for frying
Now in a deep pan add 1bowl of water and butter to it add all above ingredients let it boil as butter melts add 1bowl rice flour ie chawal ka atta and mix continuously and cover with lid and let it rest for about 5minutes
After 5minutes knead the dough properly very quick you will get dough consistency now take chakli maker and put some dough in the chakli maker and make sprial round shapes ie shape of chakli on wrap paper meanwhile keep kadai on medium to low flame once oil is hot put at at time one chakali and deep fry and do all the chaklis and your instant yummy butter chakali is ready to eat its just amazing just it enjoy with family
