I'm a little late, but for some reason the event ended early? The item is still on display in the city and only 3,700 were sold, but the icon is gone. I wish there was a way for us to contact the developers Edit: The quests still update (I went to the city to check lol), I just finished obtaining the gacha tix so hopefully I won't have to re-do everything if/when they fix it.
