Cowboy didn't look right tonight. Diaz was lucky to catch him on an off night. Cowboy is much more skilled .
@Vince63234 күн бұрын
You can't really say that. I think Donald has better kicks, but Nate trains and spars with Andre Ward. He has some of the best boxing fundamentals in the UFC. He lacks explosiveness for sure. But accuracy and timing beat speed and power. His relentless volume is also note worthy.
@powellpatterson49284 күн бұрын
@@Vince6323 Cowboy is by far the more skilled and technical fighter , by a mile. The Diaz boys exploit their top level cardio , raw toughness/high pain threshold . But from a technical standpoint Cerrone is a master. Go check out a fight between Donald Cerrone and Benson Henderson (two of my favorites)...a masterclass on technique mastery , by both guys. They both put on a clinic.
@Vince63234 күн бұрын
@powellpatterson4928 I feel like you didn't watch the fight. Joe Rogan and the other announcers are not idiots. The entire fight they are commenting on how Diaz is completely outclassing Donald in the boxing exchanges, without question. It's not like this is just my opinion. People who have tons of experience spectating fights broke it down for you. Nate Diaz took control early, which means he wasn't relying on his endurance and volume. He was on the attack, and literally EVERYTHING was landing flush. Donald looked like he fell through the ice, and panic mode set in. He stopped taking his head off center, and was mainly focused on survival. I don't understand how you can undermine Nate Diaz so blatantly. He's a legend, who beat legends.
@powellpatterson49284 күн бұрын
@@Vince6323 I stand by my opinion. You can agree or not. It's not possible for me to care less.
@Vince63234 күн бұрын
@@powellpatterson4928 Then why try to argue? We can agree to disagree, but I still have no idea how you came to your conclusion, because you simply have nothing backing your claim. Nate has proven himself over and over with his boxing and his ground game. I think the issue is you don't like his style, which is okay. Agree to disagree, cheers buddy.

Cerrone never won anything significant. He "retire" and can't find a purpose. He roids out and then wants to return. He and Masvidal are examples of people who think they are important and get sad when nobody cares about their absence.
