What's up guys, just dropping another quick video briefly going over the difference in delayed vs instant gratification. Both yield pleasure, joy, happiness but they do it in very different ways. This isn't much of an explainer as it is making sure we are aware of the difference and then intentionally deciding which path you would prefer.
