Hello Lovely people,
As I have mentioned (one or two times) I am in my early 60’s and am always looking for ways to hold back and reverse the aging process. Using good skin routine works but for an instant face lift, or to look 10 years younger, it often comes with a surgical price tag. Today we are looking at instant face lift without surgery “Neck & Face Tape” the at if and how Face Tape works.
I tried the highly recommended Mark Traynor, “Face and Neck Lift Bands”
I have never used these or anything like them previously and to give them an honey review I needed to understand how to use them.
I did a bit of research and a tutorial on KZbin (of course KZbin) and found Cyster Wigs • How to use Mark Trayno...
My recommendation is when purchasing buy more than one packet, this because you only have one face lift elastic included in the packet and I found two would have been a better fit.

It looks better. I tried it, got a headache in 5 minutes. You can do the same with hair. Twist a tiny bundle like 1/8 of an inch, pull it and secure it with a pin on the back of your head under the other hair! The same thing and free!

Hi there from Vancouver, Canada! I have a really good solution to your placement of the sticky tape ends for the facelift. What i do is stick them right behind kinda the side burns on the flat part of up your ear. Fiddley yes ive even cut to shape the tape to my ear. But….. you cant wear your hair any way u want around the face cause they are not visable!! Only trouble i have is at the crown where they attach if i dont hide with back combing then they end up visable. So my fix to that was buy beading elastic ( clear) i measured it to exactly the streached out length I wanted for the right pull on my face…And.. tah dah! Im looking 12-15 years younger. My only concern is if wearing to often would stretch my skin more. So special occasions only . Cheers to you and your channel!🎉

Hi Cordelia! Loved your video, it was really fun. So do you add extra adhesive to the tapes (I think you used lash glue) ? I've read some reviews on Amazon and I had the impression the tapes were sticky to begin with. Or do you feel that extra (skin safe) glue is needed? If so, can you recommend a product. Thank you!

Hi Nicola, thank you so much for the comment (and the sub, I am hoping to reach 500 by next week..:) The tapes are sticky and quite strong, however, I watched several videos of frequent tape wearers (in particular Queens) and their advice was use lash glue... I haven't tried without the glue but what I can say is the tapes stayed in place (didn't budge) for over 6 hours. The glue I used was Duo Lash glue..:)

I really enjoyed watching you play around with the Mark Trainer face lift tape. You made such a fun, informative tutorial. The clarity of this video is fantastic and really clear, but when I go on to your other newer tutorials, your face doesn't have clear definition, so isn't clear, like they haven't been filmed in HD?? For me, I like the great lighting and clarity for me to enjoy the finer details when I'm watching these make-up tutorials. Thank you so much for an incredibly useful and constructive comments, really appreciate. Originally it was filmed and edited by daughter whose salaried job was all things photography and editing. Since then (and why the change in quality) it has bee me and new editor (OH) learning on the job. We have recently changed from iPhone to Camera and next we are attacking the lighting issue. Hello, i wore the tape all day, from 11am until around 10:30pm, they stayed in place perfectly, my suggestion is to order several packets as the 2 short and 2 long tapes were not enough..in addition I would have a practice run before the big day. They are very popular with “on stage” entertainers and am told they stay firmly fixed all performance. Hope that helps x👍

Glue sits on the tape, pulling the skin tight and attaching to the face kinda mimics a face lift. Takes a little practice but it’s pretty efficient 🤗
