Instant Porridge Sterilization & Grinding Machinery

This video shows the instant porridge sterilization and grinding machinery working in our client’s factory. Instant porridge is also called baby food and nutrition powder. Its main production processes are extrusion and grinding.
This client makes instant porridge from cereal powders. The semi-finished products are ground with the first rough grinder. Then they are sterilized with a microwave machine, cooled with a tunnel cooling machine, and ground with the second ultrafine grinder.
