ATTENTION!! If you like Jeff’s KZbin video recipes then you must order his books.📚 The 1st book is well presented with easy recipes, colored photos of steps along the way and a beautifully plated final dish!! The paperback version has wipeable coating on each page. This is the BEST instant pot cookbook I’ve seen. I’ve preordered book #2 and am anticipating it will be just as wonderful as the first. Thanks Jeff for creating these books and Richard for sampling each recipe; including those that didn’t work❣️

The only changes I made were adding a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, a teaspoon of fish sauce, and a tablespoon of minced garlic all before pressure cooking. Served this over bow ties and it was delicious. I didn’t have cutlets so I used boneless chicken thighs and increased cooking time to 6 minutes instead of 5. The leftovers taste even better the next day. Definitely adding this to the rotation. Wonderful recipe.

I just bought a Star Wars Chewbacca themed 8 quart instant pot and I LOVE IT! The 8 quart makes it so much easier to cook large whole chicken and young turkeys. You won’t regret buying the big one.

What size instant pot are you using are you using the six quart?
@patriciabajcer89303 жыл бұрын
He uses both the 6qt and, I believe, he made the Baby back ribs in an 8 qt I NEVER successfully made ribs in my life (I’m 74) Mostly cause I didn’t want to have them if they weren’t super tender. His recipe makes baby backs to die for.

Love, love, LOVE Jeff’s recipes.....hopefully I can get some opinions here: I’m not supposed to eat spinach (my FAV vegetable, but on blood thinners and spinach is on the no-no list). Sounds ok, but can I omit the spinach and keep all the other ingredients, and make it work?

Thank you! How about Kale?
@virginialemm8643 жыл бұрын
@@PressureLuck to tell you the truth, I’ve never had kale. I know this is funny nowadays, but the hubby is VERY fussy when it comes to veggies. I’ll try and figure out a substitute and if it turns out good, I’ll let you know...a variation! Thanks for your quick response, Jeff!
