Made this and it was yummy! (Left out the truffle oil since I can't stand truffles, used gluten free ravioli--they only had cheese & I liked your idea of sausage so I browned sausage in the IP 1st, put it aside & added it w/reserved mushrooms.) Just some ideas for others. Really enjoyed it. Thanks Jeffrey.

Hi Jeff. I’ve just started following your channel about 3 weeks ago, after receiving an Instant Pot as a gift. I watched a few videos on how to cook recipes in the Instant Pot before stumbling across Pressure Luck. I can’t tell you how glad I was when I did. You’ve opened up an entire new world of cooking for me. Your love of cooking, along with the excitement, creativity and humor you bring to your viewers is contagious. Every dish I’ve made so far has been over the top delicious. I’ve just recently made the spicy dumpling soup, butternut squash soup, and the last one was Creme Brulee. I’ve been left speechless after each one. My next will be the Bangin Brussel sprouts. Can’t wait. Thank you for sharing everything you do with us. I have one question. How do you determine which dishes to use the quick release or the natural release method?

Looks amazing! Question I’m going to Saudi Arabia tomorrow where my husband is working. He has an Instant Pot but alcohol is illegal. Any thoughts of what to substitute the wine with to get that same body that it would give? Thank you

Perhaps white grape juice with a splash of vinegar or citrus, since sherry and marsala are sweet wines.
