Barry Pang explains that most strikes in martial arts involve accelerating from zero to maximum speed at point of impact as muscles push the movement forward along the arm. In Lung Ying Kung Fu, instant velocity is achieved through a spring-loaded stance and relaxed arms.

Choy lee fut is well known for defeating thai boxers. There is a book where Bruce lee student mentioned it, where did u hear this style defeat muy thai
