He used both charges of that weapon, he didn't waste any damage.

@@yotamshitrit6820 Correct, he did use both charges, but I don't think he optimized their uses. On turn three, he didn't want to play his 3 mana draw 2, but because he still had a 2 charge weapon up (as he didn't swing with it the turn before) it didn't seem reasonable to just re-dagger when he had another available play. Also, he did waste a future charge at 8:00 when he broke dagger for the pick, but with the mana he had left on that turn, there weren't many other options to get that damage out in the time he had left.
