the emailing sounds very pushy, it's the kinda emails I would turn down. Why don't you try to give them a vision of what would be the scenario after they reach out to you. example for plumbing would be that scenario of more Clients more $$ or better quality of Clients also more $$$. It's easier to sell the vision to someone then trying to give free stuff, free stuff well has a value of free.
