I got mine for Dewalt. Had to buy 5 amp hours as 2 ran out in a hurry after preheating. Expensive but so is loss of colonies, and is extremely well made. Congratulations on the ingenuity, it’s a game changer.

It takes about 20-25 sec / 2g. It is about 160-180 degreees. It does not kill brood.

What type of OA do you use with this? We used it for the first time and the plunger does not pick up the OA like every video I’ve seen

Hi. The problem is that yours is too dry. Do you try to use Apibioxal? It is much better to use pure oxalic acid dyhidrate, at least 99.6% pure. . If you keep the OA box a bit open (at least some hours), it will pick up some humidity, and will remain in the tube when you plunge. BR, Janos

How do you clean the unit burn chamber?

- Wait till the device cools down below 80 degrees C, then pour ~1/3 dl of water into the dispenser entry tube, put back the dispenser and shake gently. Remove the dispenser and carefully pour out the water. Repeat 2-3 times. - You can wash the dispenser separately, agitate it in water and then allow the bowl and dispenser to dry. - If necessary, clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.

In US, it is set in degrees Fahrenheit, in Europe to degrees Celsius. 230 degrees Celsius is 445 degrees Fahrenheit. Do for not change 445.
