Iv noticed this too, they’ve been getting their national appreciation more as well. before i thought villains were majority international but xdinary heroes songs are played at played at places like olive young too 😂 (and it was bicycle a lesser popular track)

​@@xdhraashee well their fandom used to be like 90% international, very rarely would you see Koreans in fandom spaces, but ever since good enough they started to gain more popolarity in Korea, while also losing a big chunk of their international fanbase that moved on to other groups because of their poor promotion :( (mostly after the livelock era that was terribly promoted, since they gained a lot of new fans during deadlock too)

I never post comments, but I just had to come and share. My dad is not really into kpop at all. He listens to some artists while I listen to them and had found the occasional song he enjoys, but he's never been one to actively search for bands or groups or artists without me suggesting some to him. He's a big fan of heavy metal, classic rock bands, all the classic "play instruments in a recording studio without all these newfangled producing gadgets" type guy. That said, he sent me a text while I was at work today absolutely raving about Xdinary Heroes and how much he loves this album. This song and Xymphony were his top two songs. He even told me that he may have found his new favorite guitarist referring to Xdinary Heroes which is absolutely insane because the man's top list has a bunch of old 70's and 80's rock guitar legends. Xdinary Heroes is SO talented, and I hope they continue to make music for years to come! I already know one guy who will continue to keep an eye out on what they come up with next 😉
