Well, this did not work so darned easily for me. It was very difficult to get the screwdriver head to catch the head of the screw. It took a huge number of minutes and actually I had to take a break and go back to it to try once again. Pella should have designed something better, so at least it was closer to the edge of the door or made it possible to see by having a sight port. I imagine it is very easy for the door installers to adjust it, though I did notice that installer in the video was able to do it, but only after a few tries.

Actually, I finally had to drill out the hole more so that I could almost see what I was doing, but it still was very difficult.

My door is making a squeaky noise when I slide the door. Do you lubricate in the adjustment holes? What do you recommend to use? WD-40?

It’s best not to lubricant the rollers they have greased bearings. However, if you do lubricant, we recommend using silicone spray instead of wd40. You can try to spray the inside adjust hole, but that may not reach the roller. If that doesn’t work you can pick up on the vent panel and pull the bottom towards the inside of the house to remove the vent panel. Just lay it on its side, lubricant the rollers, and put it back. Hope that helps!
