Hi, no, it only fit on trx axles.

Wow great instructions video. I have recently bought another set of files for some printed tracks but will be making these instead. Is there anything that attaches to the chassis to keep them in place?

I'm glad you like it. The tracks have their own stops and mount the same as the wheels.

Do these fit with the standard setup or is the high lift kit necessary, as with the Traxxas TRAXX?

The default setting is OK, you can print the stop cups to limit the movement of the springs. STL are included.
