Hello thanks it was helpful, i was using the instrument driver to measure voltage but it was open and closing the shutter for each measurement, I will try to do it directly using visa as you did!

This multimeter is connected with USB, and it has nothing to do with GPIB

Have you tried in Keyseight connection expert? It should detect. Otherwise you may try by changing LabVIEW 64 to 32 bit.

For this purpose it will be better to use subvis form keithley vi tree. They give Direct option for channel selection.
