songs are not meant to be for a certain religion. The lyrics in them, maybe -- because they are prayers, but music is universal. People from any religion or no religion at all can listen to this and relax their mind. They don't have to try to call anyone from any religion. They can call their Gods if they want. It doesn't have to be Jesus just because this is from Christian songs.

Stevanie Angreny if the lyrics to the song tells about out Lord and Savior Jesus Christ then it is meant to glorify Him. If you call on any other God but Jesus then your calling on a god who will never answer you back. good luck with that. There's is only one God, one Son and one Holy Spirit. you will meet Him one day.

I didn't say that this song is meant for another thing. God isn't real. It's a figment of our imaginations because we need something greater than us to believe in, to depend on when we're in great troubles, to keep our faith alive. As long as you believe in a supreme being we call God, you will see him or her or it -- whoever or whatever you believe your god to be-- everywhere around you, in plants, in water, in human, in animals, in everything. Because, again, God, Son, or Holy Spirit are figments of our imaginations. You may see God as a "being", but to me, everything is God. The process of aging, growth, how our organs work, the voice we hear in the back of our head when we read or think, the flow of water and time, they are god in my eyes. Which means, I've been with God all my life :)

We need not be Catholic to admire Christ's mother and honor her. She was CHOSEN by our Father. She had to watch her precious son hanging on a cross, flesh lashed to the bone, bleeding, in agony. She never lost faith. The music is a paeon. She is worthy of a song of admiration and rejoicing in the triumph of His Resurrection. We need not pray to her, to honor her memory and be inspired by her strength.

In as much as I love this playlist, this is not suitable for worship. Most of the music are love songs. Calming though but definitely not for people seeking God's presence. The injection of contemporary love songs like Shania Twain's "From this moment on" is worldly and takes your mind away from the Lord. Not a bad playlist for relaxation but a big NO for worship.

People are pointing out "these are not worship songs". Please, tell me in language I can understand, just how do "songs" worship"? People worship. I do know that the heavens can "declare", but I thought that we as people worship, and that we can worship listening to the strangest things, because isn't the worshiping inside of us? I know I worship Him while listening to many different things and at different times and even what I would later think that worshiping at that time or place seemed strange. But isn't the best time for worshiping here and NOW? Kind love of Him is no doctrine, otherwise He didnt give Himself the full price on the cross. According to the sacrifices in Leviticus about the guilt-sacrifice there were above the sacrifice 20% extra added, to be sure the guilt was full paid. Our Lord Jesus didnt pay 100% but 120% of our guilt. Its matter a fact that God the father is overpaid. The Father is richer then before. Thats love......
