Hello Dosto,
is video me maine aapko Diffrential pressure type Level Transmitter ki dry leg calibration kaise karte hai, sath is video me maine formula bhi bataya hai or aapko ik example solve karke dikhaya hai jise dekhkar aapko sikhne me aasani hogi or DP type LT ka calibration karna sikh jayenge. Ummid hai aapko video pasand aayegi.
Note:- Maine sirf example ke liye 0.5 density li hai. app if chij me confused na ho glycrine ki actual density 1.2g/cm3 hai.

No in lp side transmitter connected below datum line.thats why it is not zero.if transmittee is connected in datum line then lrv is o

Dear I appreciate you, you are making nice videos but in this video u have make a mistake, as per level calculations in dry leg HP will be zero always and LP will be maximum hight but u mounted transmitter in down side so it will be +50 mm not -50 please correct it because many people will miss understood and its not good, thank-you

Few clarifications needed 1. Do we need LP connection in case of level measurement in open tank 2. Please recheck your calculations of LRV. What density have you considered for dry leg? I feel it needs correction. Thank you

no we don't need any LP connection in case of open tank but in closed tank we required LP connection.

Lrv value is wrong because it is dry leg. If it is wet leg then the lrv value which u said is correct.

You are wrong in this LRV calculation LRV must be 50 because there is no pressure in LP side HP - LP (100*0.5)- LP 50-0 50 There is no pressure in LP side

This calculation was closed tank. Not open tank. Calculation is correct for closed tank. Open tank lrv is 50 and urv 550. LP is Open to atm.

Sir iska linearity 25% to 100% kaise check karenge. Apne to 25% and 100% bataya. But 50% and 75% nikalne ka formula nahi bataya. Please ise v bata dijiye.

Why do u need LP side tubing for open tank. I think It is 50 mm h20 And urv is 550 mm h20 as per ur diagram.

You are wrong In open tank H.P side of the transmitter is connected to the bottom of the tank and L.P side of the transmitter is open (vent) to atmosphere.

why you have used 1100 mm at the LP side, please whether you edit it or you delete it diffenitely, you are using the methode of wet leg instead of the dry leg.

Dear this calculation is wrong. Please don't mislead new Technicians. You have made a mistake, as per Dry Leg level calculations LP side will be zero Always Correct values for LRV and URV are as under. Both values will be Positive in Dry leg. LRV: 50 URV: 550 I hope u understand. Thanks
