I just had a very bad car accident and the guy that hit me insurance company is trying to denial my claim even after I went to get the video of the accident showing the guy speeding and running 🏃‍♂️ the red light cause of all the cars behind me. I need help then I was taken to the hospital as well

This is happening to me now from State Farm. I was injured at a Massage Spa. Had an infusion with a plate in my neck. 3 vertebrae’s were crushing my spinal cord. State Farm is saying because the injury happened during the service & that they are disclaiming the claim. Business owner has CGL/BOP with State Farm. This business has disrupted my entire life. Caused me to resign my job at USPS, I have lost my income, bills are piling up, car in repossession, I’m depressed and stressed out. Previous Attorney withdrew from lawsuit saying he basically didn’t want to go to trial saying it would take years. I don’t think he had any expertise in this type of field and only dealt with car accidents. I’m just baffled that State Farm has denied my claim because of service I received. Which the service caused bodily harm/injury. Product liability is covered under CGL. Which means if any bodily injury to people caused by your products or services. You are held accountable. I received a service that caused great bodily harm. So I don’t understand why State Farm has denied my claim. I live in Georgia. Please help me make sense of this

A speed bump, and pot holes damaged the underside of my car, and the insurance company says they won't repair it, because I only have comprehensive. when I first got the insurance, I asked for full coverage because I'm still paying for the car. I pay 171.00 a month insurance from Travelers insurance. How can they do this?

Well I have a question: My insurance company Erie, paid medical bills on my behalf knowing the person who hit me has 250,000 in insurance to pay out for my claim, why are (my ins. co.) collecting from my settlement and collecting from American Family which is the other person's insurance co.? Something called ERISA LAW and or Subrogation I feel like my lawyer should have explained to me what "Subrogation" is before it hit my settlement. Half the bills were "wrote off" by the hospital and my ins co. is telling me "Well we dropped it down to 1/2 the cost, so you are only paying half but I should not be paying anything at all, I did not tell my insurance co to pay my bills on my behalf when I wasn't the one in the wrong. period. I just don't getit.

I have a question I was sitting in my car that was legally parked in the parking spot getting ready to go into the dentist and a sheriff ran into my car from the back I hit my head and was thrown around I went to the hospital on the spot Called a lawyer and my lawyer got mf into a mri I have a slipped disk or bulging dick out by 3cm I got 3 epidurals but it’s still hurting so now I’m being referred to a surgeon but when I talked to my case manager today I asked her what was going on with my case she said they denied my claim back in may I asked her why they didn’t inform me they denied my claim she didn’t have a answer to give to me. My question is how can they deny my claim when he was 100% at fault. I’m pretty sure it’s on camera he didn’t have his lights on he wasn’t chasing anyone I was legally parked and the cop hit me ran into the back of my car he’s 100% at fault
