The fact that Martin Shkreli could one day get his grubby hands on medications like that and jack them up to $1 Billion a pill is why we need at the least a public option if not a National Healthcare Service. But we have to avoid the issue of massive wait lists. Making reservations would be a life saver for any treatment.
