When i looked at the firework-final i saw many things like the choice, use and combination of effects, as well as the choice of musician that are similiar with the one we saw back in 2017 from steyrfire. Yes, of course..., the firework-final was great, but in my opinion this is a little bit too obviously. Great Video!

Hi Juilien! I agree it got some similarities with the show from last year from Steyrfire.

you are right, the reason why it looks like 2017 is that the guys from steyrfire made this whole show for scarpato

Salutes are not allowed in this festival. So a10 inch with a break of report or salutes will get disqualified if you tried to fire these ;-)

I don't fully know about Hannover, but very similar guidelines apply to the Pyronale in Berlin as well, where the organizers keep a watch over how the participants set their show up and which materials they use. That's at least what I've heard. What's different at the Pyronale though, is that only "pure" salutes with no additional visual effects are forbidden, reports are fine. See for example Pirotecnia Zaragozana in 2013, their show was chock full of reports and they still got the second place. I did really like their performance though.

Hi Jimmy I was there at Zaragozana his show.. The reports they used where 10mm in size and you almost can not speak about a good report because of the size. And it was used only a few times not a fuill show used... And yes that is allowed in that way. In Hannover it is not allowed, banned completely, also loud screamers or whistling effects are banned

Thanks for the info, I stand corrected. Also, I'm sorry that I exaggerated a bit, it's that Zaragozana has used a way higher amount of these "reports" than all the other participants, but they were concentrated on a few spots during their show. Wow, Hannover sure is strict in that regard. In Berlin, salutes are forbidden out of concern of the immediate surrounding of the Olympiastadion because there are residential areas, especially that huge residential block behind the S-Bahn station. I'm not sure about the area around the Herrenhäuser Gärten, but since there's a lot of greenery from what I've seen during my one visit there so far, I could picture it has something to do with the natural environment, which I can fully understand. Salutes and reports can contribute to a well-designed atmospheric show, but I don't think they're essential if I look back at all the shows of the previous years there. Even at the Pyronale, Zaragozana aside, I don't remember any (successful) team having used a significant amount of report-like effects.
