Total blunder at back end.. YEIDA and bank have settings. Instead of bringing 2000 plots in different area they are now bring plots in a small lot of approx 400 plots so that instead of 2 lacs application coming in 2000 plots, ten lac applications comes in 5 different lots and both banks and YEIDA gain interest from loans on application money.

There is stp area nearby, it could be a problem when all industrial and residential waste collects there..in gurgaon there is sector 9a which is HUDA sector and it sucks due to same issue.

Something which is wrong is wrong and it needs guts to say it out loud. Authority could have combined these schemes and launched in one go. Aapko nahi samajh ayega, apni apni capacity hoti hai. Planning to make a complaint about it in CMO this time.
