This video contains part II of a lecture for Chemical Engineering 263 (Undergraduate Numerical Tools) at Brigham Young University. In the lecture, I introduce XLWings for integrating Python with Excel. I give an example of
(1) Using XLWings to read and write data to Excel, and
(2) Using XLWings to make plots in matplotlib and exporting this to Excel.
There is some supplemental material that accompanies this video:
- Example spreadsheets: www.et.byu.edu/~treedoug/_pag...
- Handout reviewing XLWings syntax: www.et.byu.edu/~treedoug/_pag...
There is a part I to this video ( • Programming Directly i... ) that discusses programming using VBA in Excel.
