The pgmol has zero accountability and they also do not care. It’s embarrassing. The English need a wake up call. Premier league is their only decent product. You going to allow it to be ruined?

Not an actual impartial set of referees but also one that has no appearance of partiality. Coote may well have done his best to be impartial and many obsrvers could argue he was but given his stated attitude towards Liverpool (club and city/area/residents) there's no way he could ever appear to be impartial so any error he might make immediately becomes an issue of bias rather than a "we all make mistakes" issue. The fact that he has a series of high profile errors disfavoring Liverpool on his resume argues he isn't able to actually act impartially in respect to Liverpool and thus his presence in any match involving or affecting them now has the spectre of impartial officiating looming heavily. Apparently pgmol knew about the video 4 years ago and didn't let coote ref a lfc game for 3 years it's legit you can check it out this means pgmol covered up racism criminal charges should be made

It is not racism. 'German' is not a race. The FA rules state abuse baed on nationality are an exacerbation of the offence (as is racism), but let's get the terminology straight as it is important.

There is no referee integrity left in the EPL. In fact, thanks to the PGMOL, there is no integrity left in the EPL either. The players no longer decide who wins the title. it's the PGMOL that decides who wins the title. Every weekend there is a match result that has been corrupted by the on field and VAR PGMOL officials. More often than not, multiple games are being decided by poor and or corrupt oficials.

"Lack of leadership and direction" I have zero confidence in Howard Webb. The man has good intentions, to a degree, but he prioritizes keeping a cozy mate with his chums, and that undermines discipline. There is an appearance that outright gaffs by referees will be covered up by the PGMOL as much as possible. We should normalize temporary reassignments to the Chamipionship level for obvious mistakes. Really, such is just a slap on the wrist, but it communicates to referees, players, managers, fans that mistakes will usually be noticed and there will be some kind of consequences. Such a public kind of acknowledge actually makes it easier to put the past behind us, in the long run, instead of fans seeing a bad referee will always be backed by a lying PGMOL. Furthermore, PGMOL is terrible at VAR. The meltdown with the Tottenham/Liverpool match last season was not a failure of a particular individual but a failure of PGMOL -- Darren England was just the man in the hotshot when it very publicly and provably went to $#!7. It is one of several bizarre errors by VAR that indicate incompetence. The VAR protocols and VAR training were proven years behind where they should have been, and that boils down to slovenliness and lack of professionalism within the PGMOL.

VAR has the potential to destroy any chance of game manipulation. The PGMOL has twisted and perverted VAR into a system and method of manipulation. Correct application of VAR is the answer, probably by copying how it is done in rugby union. However, by putting a man who has been suspected for years of favouring one club, Manchester United, in charge of impartiality in the game, shows the PGMOL does not take the matter seriously.

Can't really have any sympathy for Coote !!! He has shot himself in the foot big time !!!! There is no way back , how idiotic is he to post this to the whole country!!! Did he not think of the consequences of his actions !!! All decent football fans are appalled He's burnt all his bridges and now every ref will be scrutinised as there's no trust !!!
