Wowwwww!!!! So apparently guys! This has happened to more people than I have even realized ..several people have dm me on instagram and some are leaving comments under this video about Azael Couturier. He is a well known scammer and has been giving us all the run around after gaslighting us and acting as if we are crazy. Please check out his reviews before purchasing …I felt bad because I don’t ever like to do bad reviews or speak ill of anyone..bashing is NOT my thing as many of you know..BUT I’m so glad you guys are speaking up and letting me know the risk I took was not in vain, this is so unfortunate but the truth is out there now. His link has now been removed, I don’t want to direct anyone to that trap 🥴

As much as some people take advantage and scam in this community, I love that majority of people are genuine who love dolls and fashion. There’s something so so about having a doll or doll clothes that are hand made by someone in the community. It’s like you can feel the love and care put into each piece. I love this community and the different styles and uniqueness that each person has and it’s truly heartbreaking that some people want to take advantage of that. Thank you for such an in depth review and I can’t wait to get some new clothes from some small businesses ❤️

I have also had issues with Azeal Couturier. The first outfit I ordered took 2 months to arrive and I wasnt overly impressed when I recieved the outfit. The second outfit I ordered in August and has not arrived.He sent a replacement with tracking but I'm still waiting!! I will not be ordering from him again. I gave him the benefit of the doubt the first time around but this transaction has made me see he's very untrustworthy. Your video sealed things and I've removed his store from my favourites on Etsy. Thank you for reviewing these sellers and highlighting their good and bad points.

azaelcouturier is well known in groups here in Mexico and he does the same even with shipping in here in the same country, some people has even kick him out of the groups, because of how bad reviews and shipping problems he has, sorry if something is bad written, i dont speak english very well

OMG, I wish I’d seen your video before I placed my order with Azael. I’ve had similar problems as others have been reporting here. Placed order weeks ago, package ended up going to a different state. Replacement was accepted by Mexican Post Office today. Why doesn’t Etsy protect the customers by letting us leave bad reviews even if we get our money back. I would never have purchased from this seller if all of these problems were shown in the reviews. Looking at the large number of sales, plus mostly positive reviews on his site give a faulty impression. Given the number of sketchy deliveries to wrong addresses, I just have a bad feeling that somehow this is some sort of scam. I’ll certainly give an update if my package ever arrives. Great job, Jul!

I agree, Etsy needs to do better at reporting fraud and start handing out consequences for these types of incidents. Everything with him is rehearsed it’s sad, but I’m happy this video can give people a fair warning so he can’t get over on people much longer. I definitely agree with you regarding the seller from Mexico. I experienced very similar issues with him. On top of this, the tailoring of my item was subpar. The items on his Etsy page looked beautiful, but irl was a disappointment for the money spent. I wish I could post a picture of the item I purchased. Although the dress I bought was a pretty color, when I put it on my FR doll, it appeared to have fit for an old 1980’s Superstar Barbie body 😡🫤. In response to watching this review, I will definitely not order from this seller again 😢. Thx for sharing your experience.

Like your fashion choices, reviews and your doll collection. But I have to correct you on a couple of things. (Haute)Couture is pronounced like coat with an “h” not “Hot” and the other guys name “Couturier” is pronounced (co- tour- e- ya) It’s a fashion term meaning manufacturing and selling tailored goods. I feel you, I purchased something from Mercari one time and they sent it to the wrong person in California, I live on Georgia, it took me over a month to get it. I have had the wrong item sent to me from someone else as well and never got the original item but was allowed to keep the wrong item I was sent a refund. Imo 4 months is ridiculous. I can see 2 months if it has to be made to order but longer than that 😢. I wait long enough for integrity stuff 😂, pure torture.😂 I love your Agnes and clothes. To be honest I liked the white , red and green summer dress but then again my family is from the island of Puerto Rico so some of us wear different stuff for comfort due to the heat. We call that dressing like a "jibaro" pronounced he ba ro. Which from Taino indian word for a peasant farmer that means people of the forest.

I agree , a friend of mine had the same thing happen to her as everyone else …he sent her package to a random place in FL ..acted as if he was sick ..and ask for 2 days to send it out again. In 2 days you can make a case with Etsy where he knows he will still get paid and you will get a redund, it’s all so calculated and sad but hopefully this video will stray a few people away from all the mess that comes with him.

Love your style! I noticed you like to use Nadja as your muse, so I would like to let you know her name is pronounced Nadia not Nadjah. Yes her name is spelled Nadja but it's pronounced Nadia. I used to pronounce is Nadjah, but that's not correct. Nadia is the correct way to say her name. It's a European pronouncing and not a western/American pronouncing.

Yooooooo i ordered from azaelcouturier on Etsy as well. At the beginning of this summer. That man literally had me so upset i was beginning to be legit rude to him. The constant back & forth , he lied to me, gave me 2 different tracking numbers. The first tracking order told me my order was delivered in Illinois, I live in Colorado fam, i confronted him about it he said oh your order has a new tracking number which didn’t work, it took 2 extra months for me to get my ONE dress on top of the processing estimate time as well since he’s made to order which i didn’t mind until he started ignoring my messages & just acting strange. I never had such poor bluntly unprofessional experience shopping on Etsy until this happened. Im so sorry this happened to you as well . I love you & your content btw 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾
