OOF That price tag! So expensive! You'd think for the money you wouldn't have to worry about accessories breaking, that they'd come fully clothed, and that their joints would be nice and keep their positions... It looks like flocking with the wrong material. Textured undercuts/buzz cuts/other shaved head looks are meant to be done with yarn or felt, or any other soft material. At least DIY flocking is done that way. If you were confident enough you could try scraping it off and redoing it with yarn, but since these dolls are so expensive I'm not sure how willing you are to try that. I know this is a months-old video but I love dishing out doll knowledge that I have lmao
