будет, если выставить врм на 60 ват, но если установить радиаторы на материнскую плату хотя бы 2 спереди, то можно не ограничивать на 60 ват, потому что градусы на зоне врм не будут подниматься выше 75 градусов в играх на ультра настройках даже в 2к

It depends on what generation your PCI-E lanes are so if you have PCI-E 4.0 a gen 4 SSD or gen 3 would work fine because they are backwards compatible with each other
