For a 13400F, the Laminar is fine thermal wise, only problem with it is that I can get pretty loud. Either way not even close but good try buddy

I use RTX 3080 Amp Holo with same mobo. You're confusing GPU clearance space in cabinet with Mobo's capability. This Mobo can easily run any GPU but you should go for premium if you can afford better GPU.

1: Idealy you should get 2 sticks of RAM, for DDR4 it means dual channel, for DDR5 it means quad channel, either way = more performance 2: Why your board doesn't have M2 SSD heatsink? It should have one
