try with DXVK, and see the improvement. (it is basically changes to DirectX to Vulkan which improves performance in most games , there might be some exceptions)

I don't agree, I built a decent PC in 2021, but the vibes and memories of my 6 year old laptop are unbeatable, it may not play the latest games, but it can play some great games, games like 'inside' or even the og Crysis games with some tinkering, , valiant hearts or Metro games (obviously excluding exodus), there's many more obviously.

Clean dust and reapply thermal paste, Uninstall all unwanted apps and bloatware. Upgrading to 8GB RAM helps a little in performance gain!

I don't recommend the PS3 emulator on Intel HD graphics, it doesn't even work properly on high end graphics cards. And also you can't increase VRAM on graphics cards but you can increase it on Intel HD graphics but I don't think there will be an increase in performance!

I just bought a Dell Inspiron 3020 desktop pc with i5-13400 along with 8gb RAM, and it has Intel UHD graphics 730. I'm concerned with the UHD not being NVIDIA when it comes to games, I used to have NVIDIA on most of my previous comps, had no idea this one didn't have it. The only game I play is SIMS, my teenager plays Minecraft & Fortnite...I tried doing a search online to see if this UHD will run these three games but I keep finding conflicting info. One website says yes another says no. I'm not picky, as long as it doesn't cause my desktop pc to overheat & it just runs the games then I'm happy but I'm not a big gamer, I'm seeking avid gamers to give advice here or some peace of mind for me.......will I notice a big difference?
