Sahil, I really appreciate your content and I've been following you since you had less than 50,000 subscribers. I'd suggest turning these long form videos into part series, I feel the view count might go up. I diligently follow your videos and use them in my business, but anything longer than 20 minutes seems to be a big time commitment and I usually see them on weekends, when I get time but I would immediately consume the videos if it is anything between 15-20 min.

Last year I was hired in a new team for the US market and among other team members there was a new hire that had 6+years of exp on paper but came to know after a quarter that he was a freshie and also brought few more using the same tactics and after a year due to his inexperienced and unethical ways our team lost multi million dollar clients and the managers were terminated. So ultimately a single wrong hire costed the company a huge chunk of revenue and credibility of other team mates. Matter of fact he is still in a different team sabotaging different client😂😂😂😂😂😂
