I have a random question, please reply: What happens when we buy shares after the right shares are issued? Can we apply for right shares after purchasing standing shares from secondary market before book closure date?

Book close date is very important date. Once the company announces right share they also announce book close date. So if u buy shares till that close day , u will be eligible to apply for right share, if u miss the book close date and buy afterwards then u cant apply for the right share.
