Great video, thanks a lot! Just one question: at 0:35 you select AdoptOpenJDK 11 as the project SDK, but the generated POM at 1:04 sets 1.8 as the compiler source and target. Shouldn't IntelliJ's generator inherit the corresponding version?

@Dalia Abo Sheasha Yeah it was a problem with the JDK. I have one installed and even though it works perfectly with normal java projects, for some reasons it stops working when I switch to Java Enterprise projects. Turned out all I needed to do was to reinstall it again. Now everything works perfectly. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

Didn't knew you can test JPA Queries directly. Only tested SQL queries then converted them to JPA ones manually, lol.
