I’ve don’t this routine for about 3 weeks now mixed in with my workouts, I change it up each time with a weight vest boxing resistance bands and sunasuit 🙌🏿

You don't hit hard enough. With 10-12 OZ gloves, it should vary between 75 to 100% power...
