That second massage tool is something I haven't seen before. Love how he used the massage gun. One can learn a few things, get one and massage family members. I have one advice to Ben, next time you have such an intense massage, slowly inhale and exhale like 4 seconds each or as much as you want without overdoing it. When he digs in to you neck muscles, and 9ther tense parts, exhale all that tension, it helps relax the muscles, makes your more relaxed and promotes blood circulation.

I went to this place like a month ago. The massage is good. The one thing i would tell you, this was the only painful part. When he puts the head massager to your ears. 22:57 and 23:55 I'm telling you, for the next 2 weeks my ears were ringing. I would not have him put the massager on my ears.

I was a massage therapist, that machine was part of the tools I used for stuff like sports injuries and its not gentle. Not something you should intentionally push on the ears. The inner ear is super fragile, made of the smallest bones, that can be messed with and give you tinnitus. Anyways, I'm also concerned about scrapping off the skin with brown paper towels like the ones in public bathrooms. Hella irritating on the skin?!

But I try my best to remember what a massage like that was like back when I was young, healthy, and strong because remembering good times is my only escape from this waking nightmare. I respect your experience though and I’m sorry it was awful for you. I wish pain and suffering upon no one.

Surgeons put this old Humpty Dumpty back together again using enough metal to build a toaster oven, but since then I live with messed up debilitating pain 24/7. I really miss massages, but there’s a lot of things I miss. I definitely took so much in life for granted when I was young and healthy. Now it takes all my strength and willpower just to endure each day.
