Thanks! Hanging the cocoons spawns the lackeys and it also reduces your ability cooldowns! BUT the most important thing is after hanging 16 cocoons it starts the klownpocalypse which current is about the only way for klowns to win because until the devs remove the joining a game in progress the humans are infinite for example: There's 7 humans and say you and your team eliminated 3 of them. IF those 3 you eliminated leave the match, then 3 new humans will join which puts you back at needing to eliminate 7 more instead of 4.

This game is so much fun and isn’t too hard to get the hang of like Dead by Daylight or Textas Chainsaw (in my opinion, coming from someone who only games every now and then)

Yeah Killer Klowns is definitely a more laid back game where you can just turn the game on and play. But it has a lot of bugs and issues though still. Once they clean it up. It will be a very solid game!

The patches have made the pentashot terrible. It doesn’t hit at point blank range and does little to cottonize them. I’m losing enjoyment from this game sadly

It seems you have to aim to the left some up close, but im not sure honestly. Everytime they update it seems that something either didn't change at all or changed but not as the update says lol

From what I can see, there is very little incentive to cottonize human over just whacking them and ending them on the spot with a klowntality: not only it has been more difficult to cocoon one up, but once prisoner, they get an extra chance to escape if they have an axe or a knife. I think the game has serious balance issues to address like these. Cottonizer range weapons need to be more powerful, and melee kills more difficult to achieve, I think.

@@johntalarico1503 If you select the tough or athletic and you have a team full of these, it's a non-issue as you will punk or run away from the klown easily if you time your escape right. Honestly, it's pretty sad to see games where klowns get killed 3 times or more. They are supposed to be ferocious human eaters, yet even very good players like Xlogan have to coop against a single human to be able to cottonize just one! It's bullcrap. This game is definitely very survivor sided. Given the size of the maps, camping is a counter productive tactic anyway, unless very few humans are left and the klownpocalypse is close.

If you reduced the inventory to two slots, it'd incentize the players to cooperate more actively and use the meeting point once they're done scavenging their area. So, they'd take on definite roles such as klown basher, escape material holders, medics... It'd broaden much more the strategic aspect of the game. I haven't thought about that and I give you all the credit for thinking that out. I'd also make the doors sturdier: 5 hits to break them, so that the human can use buildings to make the klown late. Right now, locking a door provides no interest in interrupting a klown's winning chase as they go down in 2 or 3 quick hits. I have also seen Jae as a survivor abuse the last resort window jump to loop around klowns many times. To avoid a systematic way out, the devs should include a slowdown mechanics which has 50% chance to happen, since I imagine this move would cause severe cuts in some cases. The way to get the klown to try to cotton up humans in priority, would be the exact reason why they went to earth in the first place: the want to eat delicious softskins. Sucking away a dead player with a comically convoluted straw (just as in the movie) should give the klown a life, strength or stamina boost (+1 bar in any category of choice). The snowball mechanics would challenge the humans to be careful and act quickly. The boost would be temporary until the klown gets hungry again. Would take 30 seconds to eat (which would give a respite to the remaining humans), but 4 minutes of extra buff. It'd be amusing to see klowns bicker about it and use offended emotes for every stolen kills lol I'd add an anti-camping feature: when a klown stand around close to a coccooned survivor for too long, two seagulls start to peck at him. It makes the klown unable to do any attack actions, until he flees far enough to give the human a fighting chance. But all these good suggestions won't serve a purpose if they don't nerf the two OP human class and buff the klowns to make them a menace to reckon with.

if two Klowns are on one human, isn't it better to have both go for either cocooning or killing? Working together they could cotton candy them faster, or kill them faster? If both Klowns are doing different types of damage (One candy webbing and the other going after health) That seems like it's of no help.

If you are on PC it might be a mouse polling rate. Try turning down the polling rate. Usually if fps drops or stutters happen while only the screen is being moved by the mouse it's a polling rate issue

Usually polling rate can be changed by the middle mouse button on your mouse but you can also change a few things in mouse settings! Definitely lower some speed and turn off enhance mouse precision!

Also another example of what happens is say I move my camera to the right it doesn’t go immediately it takes a second
